Scalloped Timber
JCS Timber produces scalloped timber in most sections and scalloped to various diameters and depths. These timbers are used to store or transport round products such as plastic or steel pipe.
Our ability to produce a custom sectioned timber, docked to your length specifications and profiled to your requirements means that you are receiving a product that is fit for purpose, not settling for a product that is close enough.
Grooved Timber
Timber is produced with a strapping groove to assist in packaging your product. Most common timber size is 75×75 mm with a strapping grooved machine a one face, but other section sizes are also available.
We can produce a custom sectioned timber docked to your length specifications and grooved to your requirements.
Timber Brakes
Some of our customers require a high density hardwood as a timber brake for their manufacturing machines. We dress, profile and/or drill to suit each application.
