Certified Timber Crane Pallets
- Suitable to be crane lifted and of light construction material
- Developed and designed with thorough consultation with Plaster board manufacturers and the Elevator industry
- All pallets are certified and load tested for Static WLL 5000 kgs and Lifting WLL 2500 kgs
- All material Pine (F8 rating) with angle iron protection strip upper and lower on both sides to prevent forklift damage
- Rated and approved on building sites across Australia
- All joints are bolted with galvanized bolts c/w galvanized nuts
- Pallets are identified by your Company Name painted on each end of the pallet
- Annual inspections and repairs to be conducted ($POA) with report and certificates issued.
Timber Pallets
Timber pallets are produced on site and to customer specifications. Our ability to produce the material for your specialised pallet on site means that we can minimise the lead time from when your order is placed to when delivery is made.
We can manufacture a standard 1165 mm square pallet in light, medium or heavy duty, to pallets to your own specification in length, width and height.
The benefit to you is the availability. As we produce most sizes of pine and hardwood in most lengths, your order is filled in the shortest possible time.
Timber Skids
Timber skids are produced to the customer’s specifications and can be produced with a strapping groove in the bearers to aid in safe transport.
We can manufacture standard 2.4×1.16 m skids or any skids to your own specification in length, width and height.
We also can pre-groove the bottom bearer, which allows for ease of strapping of your product to the skid.
Timber Boxes, Crates and Bins
Timber boxes and timber bins are also produced to the customer’s specification.
We can produce a simple bin if the trip is only one way, or a heavy duty bin to ensure multiple trips.
We can manufacture a standard 1165 mm square timber pallet box or bin to varying heights or to your own specification in length, width and height.
